At Adiyogi, quality is not an afterthought, it is a structured process followed at every stage of inbound goods handling. Our quality check system ensures that every machine received from vendors meets defined standards before reaching our dealers and customers.
Pre-Arrival Preparation
Before the container arrives, the purchase team shares the packing list with item names and quantities. Based on this, the QC team assigns a supervisor to prepare the unloading area, ensuring cleanliness and sufficient space for incoming goods. Proper handling instructions are followed during unloading to avoid transit damage.
Unloading & Initial Inspection
At the time of unloading, QC checks the overall condition of the container and packages, noting any visible issues such as dents, box damage, or moisture. These observations are recorded in the QC report to maintain transparency.
Inward Verification
Once unloading is complete, QC cross-checks the received goods against the packing list. The list is printed and shared with the respective warehouse supervisors for inward inspection across locations.
Sampling & Quality Inspection
QC verifies package condition and conducts random sampling based on lot size and AQL standards. Samples are inspected against:
Purchase Order specifications in Zoho
Approved product photos and technical details
Packaging requirements mentioned in the PO
Adiyogi follows AQL 2.5% or 4.0%, depending on product standards.
Reporting & Escalation
If defects, mismatches, or missing items are found, QC prepares a detailed report and shares it with the purchase team in the Purchase Technical Support Group. Batches are approved, held, or rejected strictly as per AQL limits.
Closure & Assurance
QC follows up until issues are resolved and provides final quality assurance before clearance.
This structured QC process ensures that Adiyogi delivers consistent quality, protects dealer confidence, and minimizes field-level issues.
